ARCH Motorcycle KRGT-1 bridges the gap between traditional cruising comfort and aggressive sport bike performance, creating a unique ride for enthusiasts. Most motorcycles typically fit neatly into distinct categories, but performance cruisers like the KRGT-1 break out of that shell entirely to deliver a muscular machine on two wheels.
The modern performance-cruiser movement evolved from riders wondering what happens when a traditional cruiser receives a massive engine and sharper chassis hardware. Industry heavyweights like the Triumph Rocket 3 and Ducati Diavel V4 paved the way, proving that raw, visceral sport bike power wrapped in cruiser styling can be immensely fun.

SubscribeCo-founded by actor Keanu Reeves in 2011, ARCH Motorcycle set out to challenge perceptions of what an American motorcycle could be. The brand combines meticulous in-house manufacturing with specialist components, tailoring each motorcycle precisely around its individual owner.
Every KRGT-1 is custom-built at ARCH's Los Angeles facility, allowing owners to fine-tune seat shapes, foot controls, and handlebar positioning. This bespoke approach gives riders the illusion of owning a custom track machine tailored specifically to their physical dimensions and riding style.
Engineering and Performance of the ARCH KRGT-1
Powering the KRGT-1 is a massive American-made S&S Cycle T124 V-twin engine displacing 2,032cc and pumping out 115.3 pound-feet of torque. Designed with a downdraft intake to keep the overall package relatively slender, the engine focuses heavily on delivering a broad, usable torque curve.
The chassis features a tubular steel main frame combined with CNC-machined aluminum components, including a billet aluminum fuel cell acting as a stressed member. This rigid framework allows the 68-inch wheelbase to maintain surprising agility and rock-solid straight-line stability.
Suspension duties are handled by fully adjustable 48mm Ohlins inverted front forks and a custom-valved Ohlins rear shock absorber. Braking power comes from legendary ISR Brakes, utilizing massive six-piston monobloc calipers biting down on dual 320mm front discs.
While modern motorcycles lean heavily on complex electronic rider aids, the KRGT-1 keeps technology minimal, featuring Bosch ABS and lean-angle detection tied to its lighting. With estimated prices ranging from $93,000 upwards to $110,000 for personalized builds, it commands an ultra-exclusive corner of the market.
