Honda Passport vehicles are officially hitting dealership lots across the United States with higher price tags for the new model year, bringing moderate sticker shock to buyers. Even though manufacturer suggested retail prices have increased across the board alongside higher destination fees, the brand aims to deliver an exceptionally compelling value proposition.
Base models see minor adjustments, with the entry-level RTL starting at $45,195 compared to last year's $44,950, while mid-range trims experience more notable bumps. The popular TrailSport climbs to $49,995 and the Blackout variant reaches $51,495, reflecting increased equipment costs and broader industry inflation trends.

"We engineered this platform to tackle rugged terrain far more aggressively than its predecessor while maintaining everyday comfort," shared Honda product development representatives.
Additionally, equipment previously locked behind expensive packages is now standard, including the advanced TrailWatch camera system and a heated steering wheel on lower-tier TrailSports. Refreshed exterior styling cues, such as pronounced fender flares and amber hood scoop lights, further elevate the vehicle's rugged appeal.
By keeping the core TrailSport model under $50,000 before destination charges and undercutting rival off-road SUVs like the Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, Honda ensures its rugged utility vehicle remains highly competitive.
